SMS Terms of Service

These terms govern the text messaging program operated by Anchor Offers LLC, a California limited liability company doing business as Virginia Short Sale Options.
Program Description
When you provide your mobile number and check the optional SMS consent box on our form, you agree to receive text messages from Anchor Offers LLC (Virginia Short Sale Options) at that number. Messages relate to your property inquiry, intake confirmation, appointment scheduling and reminders, and follow-up about options for your property.
Consent is optional. The SMS consent checkbox is never pre-checked, is not required to submit our form, and is not a condition of any service or purchase. You can request a review without agreeing to receive text messages.
How to Opt In
You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on the inquiry form on our home page. We record the consent text you agreed to along with the date and time. We never collect SMS consent through a text message.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies, usually no more than 6 messages per month unless you reply to us and we continue the conversation.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for the messages, but your mobile carrier may, according to your plan.
How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and we will send no further messages to that number unless you opt in again. You may also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network and your device.
Privacy
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile information or phone numbers with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Changes
We may update these terms. The revision date above reflects the most recent version. Continued participation after a change means you accept the updated terms.
